Job Description Job Description Pride Health is hiring for a Travel Pharmacist to support our client’s medical facility based in Tallahassee, FL. This is a 13-week assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing Monitor for drug interactions and allergies Educate patients about their medications Work with doctors and nurses on medication plans Adjust dosages based on patient needs Keep track of medication inventory Follow hospital and pharmacy regulations Document all work clearly and accurately Education/Requirements: PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy degree) Active Florida pharmacist license Hospital experience needed.
