Our client, a leading force in Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T) , is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide top-tier support for their simulation customers. If you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced IT environment , this is your chance to make an impact What Youll Be Doing: Manage customer cases in CRM, ensuring timely support and follow-ups. Provide remote IT support , including software deployment and troubleshooting. Work with cloud simulators, classroom deployments, and maintenance . Analyze and resolve issues, escalating to Project Engineers, R&D, or TAMs as needed. Participate in simulator installations and services for hands-on training. Conduct technical training for engineers and partners, both in person and online. What You Bring to the Team: Diploma in Engineering, IT/Networking, or Electrical/Electronics Technology . 3 years of experience in simulator installations or IT services support . Strong problem-solving, customer service, and troubleshooting skills. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale .
