HR GENERALIST Our client, located in Franklin/Cool Springs, is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join their dynamic team Apply today and get started as soon as next week Tasks / Responsibilities: - Oversee employee administration for new hires, orientation, terminations, transfers, benefits, and leaves - Ensure compliance with labor laws including OSHA reporting, EEO-1 reporting, and mandatory federal and state surveys - Provide support in all areas of HR including recruiting, compliance, and reporting - Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed - Plan special events/functions for the home office (annual picnic, special luncheons, holiday events) - Oversee unemployment filings through third party vendor - Assist with invoice reconciliation and billing for Benefits & HR Qualifications - Relationship building skills - Ability to meet required deadlines and pivot easily from task to task - Handle confidential information with utmost care - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed Quick Facts 100% on-site Monday - Friday Choose from 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 Friendly and mid size team atmosphere Temporary to Hire position with an estimated start date of 4/23/2025 Clear background check and 1 virtual interview with the hiring manager is required INAPR2025 ZRCFS
