HR Coordinator Our client, located in Franklin/Cool Springs, is seeking a supportive full-time HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team Apply today and get started as soon as next week Tasks / Responsibilities: - Assist with new hire onboarding: Gather and process documents, share information for payroll and tax set up, initiate I-9 documents, enter new hires into HRIS system, and ensure all onboarding is complete - Assist with processing terminations: obtain appropriate forms, file sensitive information appropriately, and ensure final paychecks are issues and kept on file in accordance with state/federal laws - Maintain employee files in an organized manner - Update internal HR system and ensure accuracy of employee schedules and pay - Assist with special office events - Complete assigned tasks as need to support HR team and company personnel Qualifications - Relationship building skills - Self-starter attitude and helpful team player - Ability to meet required deadlines and pivot easily from task to task - Handle confidential information with utmost care - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed Quick Facts 100% on-site Monday - Friday Choose from 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 Friendly and mid size team atmosphere Temporary to Hire position with an estimated start date of 4/23/2025 Clear background check and 1 virtual interview with the hiring manager is required INAPR2025 ZRCFS
