ABOUT THE HR RECRUITER ROLE: As an HR Recruiter , you will play a vital role in identifying top talent to support both technical and non-technical hiring needs. This is a hands-on role where your recruitment expertise will directly influence the success of the company's engineering teams. Key Responsibilities for the HR Recruiter: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Qualifications for the HR Recruiter: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter , preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment. Experience recruiting for engineering or specialized roles is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
