Your role is essential in maintaining a positive customer experience by managing customer questions, timely communication and ensuring the customer has a quality experience. Responsibilities: Confirm trades (roofing, siding, gutters) and mortgage information promptly upon receipt of job folders Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, material deliveries, and other important information Permit- communication with cities and inspections Obtain necessary signatures and permissions as required Follow up with homeowners post-build for feedback and satisfaction Coordinate final inspections and communicate results to homeowners Ensure all job-related documentation is accurately updated in Acculynx What we are looking for: ✔ Proven experience in an administrative role ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills ✔ Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor ✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment ✔ Comfortable with technology, office software, scheduling tools, and CRM systems ✔ A positive, problem-solving attitude, and able to think on your toes Proficiency in using Acculynx and construction/knowledge in exterior trades (roofing, siding, etc.) preferred.
