Desktop Support Analyst

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is within the CPA Firm industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be primarily tasked with imaging and deploying windows devices, providing high-quality customer service and support, and handling technical issues. Responsibilities: • Imaging and deploying Windows devices efficiently, using tools such as Intune. • Building and preparing laptops and images for various projects. • Providing high-quality customer service and support to resolve technical issues. • Handling technical support and help desk troubleshooting tasks. • Working on specific projects like the summer laptop project, when not involved with regular duties. • Assisting with Service Desk support tasks, such as Office 365 issues and ServiceNow ticketing system. • Supporting iPhone and iPad users, using Intune for device management. • Handling walk-up tickets and providing face-to-face support. • Building PDI laptops and using Intune for various tasks. • Being a reliable team player, showing up to work on time, and contributing positively to the work environment.• Proficiency in Computer Hardware usage and troubleshooting • Experience with Imaging Devices and Imaging Equipment • Skill in Computer and Desktop Imaging • Familiarity with Intune and Windows Intune • Proven ability in providing Technical Support • Expertise in Laptop Hardware and Laptop Images • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • High degree of initiative and self-motivation • Willingness to keep up with advancements in technology • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
