Skills Needed: Basic construction, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, some heavy equipment operation, instruction, management, and record-keeping. The more skills, the better the pay. The Ideal Candidate Hands-On Hard-Working Project Manager "Happy Camper" with a great customer service skills Has reliable transportation for commuting Owns an RV less than 15 years old and may be interested in living on-site Responsibilities Work directly with the owner & General Manager to define and prioritize projects Oversee all stages of projects from cost projection to completion Develop a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment Manage staff assignments and accountability Provide regular status reports to General Manager Qualifications 5 years of experience in construction-related industry Strong organizational and project management skills Industry knowledge and ability to instruct staff Detail-oriented and strong communication skills Comfortable with basic computer operations like WORD & EXCEL How to Apply Please submit your résumé with current contact information and the best time to receive calls.
