Assistant Property Manager

Job Description Job Description Crye-Leike® Property Management is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager at Cumming, GA Branch. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with the operations of the properties to include real estate Sales, Leasing, renewals, property inspections, tenant and owner relations. The overall objective of the Assistant Property Manager is to effectively assist with managing the properties in the most cost-effective manner possible so as to achieve maximum net operating income. Job Duties · Coding and Processing of Property Management Invoices · Preparation of Sales and Lease contracts and deliverables · Coordinate Leasing and Lease renewals · Tenant Relations · MLS/FMLS, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi data entry for listings · Administrative Duties-Recordkeeping, filing and Correspondence · Responding timely and appropriately to internal and 3rd party tenant issues · Fielding questions from tenants and owners, along with follow up and resolution · Onboarding of tenants · Processing paperwork to submit to accounting · Regular reviews of tenant ledgers · Collections and invoicing · Processing paperwork for attorneys due to eviction or tenant damage · Maintaining vacancy and delinquency reports · Assist property manager as needed · Cold calling marketing Qualifications · Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Basic office equipment · Knowledge of Canva a plus · Social media used in business marketing a plus · Customer Service oriented - Attention to detail · Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities · Professional presentation and demeanor at all times throughout the workday and whenever representing the organization Company Description Atlanta Property Management services are available through Crye-Leike® Property Management.
