Job Description Job Description Job Overview Bluon is seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive the successful onboarding of HVAC contractors and suppliers onto our industry-leading SaaS platform. This role requires a unique blend of HVAC industry experience, technology fluency, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure smooth adoption and engagement with Bluon’s solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Service Manager, FSM Account Manager, or HVAC industry professional , combined with operations and CRM expertise. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring HVAC businesses integrate Bluon’s platform seamlessly, enhancing their efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Adoption Guide HVAC contractors and suppliers through a structured onboarding process onto Bluon’s SaaS platform. Provide hands-on support, product training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless adoption. Develop tailored onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Account Management & Client Success Act as a key point of contact for contractors and suppliers intra and post-onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to drive platform utilization. Track and manage accounts through their onboarding lifecycle. Technical & Operational Expertise Leverage HVAC industry knowledge to address client concerns and optimize their use of Bluon’s solutions. Assist in configuring accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and aligning workflows with client needs. Stay up to date with Bluon’s technology, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance. CRM & Data Management Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track onboarding progress, client interactions, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and product adoption. Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all client interactions. Qualifications Industry Experience ✅ Previous experience as an HVAC Service Manager, FSM Account Manager, or related role . ✅ Strong understanding of HVAC industry operations, workflows, and pain points . Technical & Operations Skills ✅ Experience working with SaaS platforms, field service management (FSM) tools, or HVAC software . ✅ Comfortable navigating operations, workflow automation, and system integrations . ✅ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to track client data effectively. Soft Skills ✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities . ✅ Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed. ✅ Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously .
