Senior Legal Counsel – Digital & Data Privacy

At Melza Recruiting , we are looking for a Senior Lawyer specialized in Digital Law & Data Protection to join the Digital Hub of a leading international company in the retail-pharma sector . About the Role This is a strategic position within the Digital Hub’s legal team, where you will lead legal strategy in data protection, compliance, and digital regulation in an international environment. You will work closely with technology and business teams , playing a key role in the launch of digital products. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on data protection, compliance, and digital regulation . Collaborate closely with technology and engineering teams to define the legal aspects of digital products. Handle contractual matters, compliance, and some labor law issues. Communicate with key stakeholders , including senior executives and their legal advisors. Requirements ✔ At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. ✔ High level of English (essential for working with international teams). ✔ Experience in Digital Law & Data Protection . ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders. ✔ Hands-on profile, eager to work closely with tech and business teams . ✔ Based in Barcelona , with availability for a hybrid model (2 days in-office in central Barcelona) .
