Servicenow Technical Expert

We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert with strong technical and functional experience to play a key role in a global environment. This person will lead critical initiatives across multiple business areas including IT, HR, Finance, Purchasing, and various custom applications, ensuring the best use of the ServiceNow platform and its integrations. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical and functional expert in defining and implementing new business processes within the ServiceNow platform. Promote best practices to maximize the value of existing licensed ServiceNow capabilities. Provide deep technical support and resolve complex ServiceNow-related issues. Customize, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications according to business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and user guides. Deliver training sessions and workshops for key users and stakeholders. Perform audits, ensure platform stability and security, and recommend areas for improvement. Collaborate in enterprise service management (ESM) initiatives and support other service management process owners. Monitor, analyze, and report on service management process performance, driving continuous improvement. Skills & Experience 10 years of experience in ServiceNow or related roles. Deep expertise across multiple modules: ITSM, HR, Finance, Procurement, Integrations, Virtual Agent, Employee Center. Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Advanced knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and robust Transform Maps. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and security features (ACLs, encryption). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies. Solid grasp of relational databases and SQL. Desired certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). ITIL 4 Foundation or Practitioner certification is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Soft Skills Analytical, structured, and results-oriented. Able to work independently while collaborating with global, multicultural teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Skilled in influencing without authority and navigating conflicting interests. Customer-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Able to operate in a matrix organization, with a broad perspective beyond silos.
