Client Advisor - Portofino

For the next season 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor based in Portofino. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM) Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till) Requirements Fluency in Italian and English . Other languages are considered a plus. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in womenswear in luxury retail. Client Ceremony Effective sales techniques Store’s KPIs Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
