Sales Manager - Netherlands

Our clients is a Belgian headquartered business which has been active in the field of electronic consumer goods for almost 50 years. The brands they own or distribute are part of the daily life of many households from generation to generation. Following growth and acquisition, they have created a new role to focus on growth in the Netherlands and to build on the business they are already doing here. As Sales Manager Netherlands , you will be responsible for the commercial launch and success of small household appliances. You will be responsible for revenues and margins with major online retail platforms to achieve maximum visibility sales and customer satisfaction. Your key areas of responsibility include: Strategic Account Development. Commercial results. Collaboration and stakeholder management. E-Commerce Optimisation. And so much more. We are looking for exceptional candidates who fit the following profile: Minimum 7 years experience in the Consumer Electronics or Consumer goods sector. 5 years experience in indirect sales channels, managing web players. Extensive online retail knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms and major players. A hunter mentality combined with customer focused farming skills. Soft Skills needed? A strong negotiator with lots of commercial acumen. Customer and partner focused. A relationship builder and grower. Ability to take a helicopter view of your business and how that impacts the total business in other markets. Fluency in Dutch and English. If you speak French too that would be an amazing benefit.
