About The Job: As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to telephone and live web chat inquiries ?? Taking ownership of assigned quotes, ensuring pricing and design meet client expectations Providing outstanding customer service to convert inquiries into successful sales Proactively following up on leads and offering creative product/design solutions Employing value engineering techniques to optimise project costs Seeking out new client opportunities to expand the business ??
