Commercial Property Paralegal

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal to join a dynamic, full-service law firm based in Hampshire. This role sits within our client's Commercial Property team and is a permanent position. Specific duties will include (but are not limited to): ensuring the team is organised by managing diaries and liaising with clients, creating documents and correspondence, billing and payment processes, filling in SDLT returns and Land Registry applications. That is not an entry-level position, and as such applicants must have extensive experience gained in a similar role at a well-known firm(s). Applicants must also have a good law degree, and preferably the LPC. Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency is also required.
