Infrastructure Finance, London, 3-6 PQE

Our City firm client is looking to add to the growing and busy Infrastructure Finance team in London with an individual with between 3-6 years' experience. This team forms part of the wider Finance Group and advises sponsors and funders across a range of UK and cross-border Infrastructure transactions. This covers all financing events and products relating to the Energy and Infrastructure sector, including acquisition financings, refinancings, portfolio financings and Holdco financings. Working directly with the Infrastructure Finance Partner, the associate/senior associate will play a key role in supporting the structuring, negotiation and documentation of infrastructure financing transactions. Infrastructure is considered strategically significant to the wider Finance group, so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious and talented associate to have a genuine impact on the practice as it grows.
