Please apply or call one of us to learn more For further inquiries regarding the following opportunity, please contact our Talent Specialist Prawin at 224 369 2969 Title: Test Engineer 1 Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 8 Months Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities Perform testing throughout all product realization (Life Cycle) phases Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement Prepare detailed reports and documentation of the results Implement best practices and innovative testing techniques to enhance product quality. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies. Review product requirements FMEAs to provide valuable feedback to design teams regarding testability Participate in the design of scalable test methods and needed fixturing Define appropriate criteria for test method validation activities Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, test protocols, test reports, equivalency justifications Define sampling plans in accordance with the risk management process Conduct peer reviews and approvals of data analysis and test documentation Participate in the design transfer activities by of test verification methods to sustain test engineering teams Collaborate with external lab partners for outsourced activities (ex., environmental and mechanical stresses) Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables): 1. Critical Thinking Skills 2. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills. 3. Experience with the use of standard measurement tools Preferred Skills (nice to have) 1. Proficient in root cause analysis techniques 2. Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation. 3. Experience with CAD Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
