Apply Online Today Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor Pay: $18/hr Hours: Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm and every other Saturday from 8am - 2pm (guaranteed OT) Location: 80% remote / 20% onsite in Irving, TX Job Description: The Customer Advisor position plays a critical role in delivering our promise to our clients by answering inbound calls with questions related to coverage and eligibility. Strong customer service coupled with the ability to generate lead opportunities is essential Duties: Following established procedures and guidelines to answer a wide variety of inbound calls from new and existing customers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism Listens attentively to customer needs and concerns to provide accurate information and the ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport with the customer Recognizes and creates potential sales opportunities that supports sales team Consistently meets established call handling and lead generation metrics Outbound dialing to obtain potential lead Job Qualifications: A minimum of two years of prior experience in a customer service call center. Bilingual in English & Spanish is required Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate PC skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel), AS400 experience a plus. Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities and situations that could require negotiation and conflict resolution. Superior communication skills and phone presence.
