Servicenow Technical Expert

A ServiceNow Expert with a strong background in systems and infrastructure , eager to define and optimize the architecture of ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment. This is not a developer or project manager role—we need an expert who can design, integrate, and enhance the platform at an advanced level. ✨ What will you do? ✔ Define the architecture of ServiceNow and its integration with other platforms. ✔ Design workflows, data structures, and configurations together with the Service Platform Architect. ✔ Ensure security and stability of the platform (ACLs is a must). ✔ Collaborate with external development teams and ensure the quality of their work. ✔ Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM, HR, Finance, and Procurement modules. ✔ Apply best practices and optimize processes in ServiceNow. ✔ Implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and manage Transform Maps. Who will you work with? A dynamic, international team focused on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and working closely with key stakeholders across multiple business units. Requirements: ✅ Extensive experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, HR, Finance, Procurement). ✅ Expertise in architecture, integrations, and security within ServiceNow. ✅ Strong knowledge of ACLs, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS . ✅ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are highly desirable. ✅ Familiarity with ITIL4, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a global and multicultural organization .
