Implement automation systems: Evaluate, design, and deploy warehouse automation equipment (e.g., sorting machines, conveyor systems). Priority given to candidates with hands-on installation experience. Lead lean initiatives: Design and execute efficiency improvement projects for equipment optimization and workforce productivity enhancement. Analyze operational metrics: Monitor equipment capacity, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and drive data-driven decisions for warehouse productivity and cost reduction. Qualifications: Fluent spoken English (daily operational communication required). 3 years in warehouse layout planning or industrial engineering (experience in multinational corporations preferred). Demonstrated success in large-scale warehouse optimization projects. Advanced proficiency in lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma, PDCA) and AutoCAD for technical drawings. Practical knowledge of equipment lifecycle management and capacity modeling. Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
