Fulfillment Network Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities Warehouse Layout optimization model design: responsible for building data models for the overall warehouse network layout, inventory layout, and cargo routing layout, providing data-driven guidance for warehouse optimization, and promoting optimization implementation; Cost analysis and optimization: Combining the overall warehouse network layout, inventory layout, and goods routing layout to promote the establishment of a planned cost model, and to improve and optimize the difference between planned and actual costs; Upstream and downstream department coordination: Establish an overall S&OP coordination system for upstream and downstream departments, promote the accuracy of warehouse S&OP formulation, and establish corresponding monitoring mechanisms; Industry research and analysis: Drawing on experiences of advanced warehouse network planning, inventory planning, and routing planning in the industry to develop optimization plans that are compatible with Shein, promoting and implementing them; Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics engineering, logistics management, mechanical engineering, etc; More than 5-years experience in warehouse layout planning, familiar with e-commerce warehousing production models, and familiar with various sub production processes in warehousing; Having rich knowledge in inventory management and warehousing cost management, and mastering the latest market trends in the warehousing industry; Familiar with office softwares such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SQL, etc., familiar with ERP principles and systems, WMS systems; Excellent communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, good coordination ability, and is good at team cohesion.
