Join SHEIN and be the future ABOUT THE POSITION: This position will collaborate with the team on monthly theme development direction and contribute to weekly plans; assist in collecting and organizing visual references from different sources; create technical drawings, select fabrics and accessories, and develop detailed specification sheets; participate in sample reviews ensuring design integrity; support photoshoots and quality control of product images; monitor product performance suggesting improvements; and continuously develop your professional denim design skills. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic and creative environment. Responsibilities: Assist with monthly theme development and contribute to weekly design plans Collect and organize style inspiration from various sources Create detailed design sketches, select fabrics and accessories, and develop specification sheets Collaborate on fitting sessions and sample reviews to ensure design integrity Support product photoshoots and assist with quality control of product imagery Monitor product performance data and suggest improvements Continue developing professional design skills Requirements: Degree in fashion design with good English communication skills 2 years of denim design experience with knowledge of denim pattern evaluation Ability to analyze product performance and incorporate customer feedback into design process Proficient in graphic design software and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, and production techniques Detail-oriented with good time management skills Team player with excellent communication skills and positive attitude Previous experience in denim brands or factories is a plus At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
