Fundraising Team Leader - £30k Uncapped Commission

We are now seeking to recruit Team Leaders to work with our Fundraisers. YOU MUST HAVE FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE. You will oversee their on-job training, motivation and day to day supervision of your team. Salary £30,000 plus uncapped comission. Monday to Friday. Weekly Pay. You will need to be a driver with a vehicle. This role involves a combination of both venue based and door to door sales - all private sites are proven to be successful, are pre-booked and are branded or talking directly to customers within their communities. Career Progression. Duties Representing an end of life hospice, you will oversee a team of fundraising sales agents to engage with the public to promote the fundraising programme. Working within a variety of high footfall venues and directly within the community across your area What We Look For Experienced fundraiser or direct sales agent. We are interested in speaking to individuals with great communication skills who can best represent our clients directly to the general public. Strong understanding of customer service principles. Ability to oversee a team. A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
