CNC Operator Woodworking Responsibilities: • Maintain, program, and operate Biesse 3-axis and Biesse 5-axis CNC machines • Maintain, program, and operate Vytek laser cutting machine • Ensure our customer service standards are met • Assist production team with bench fabrication and assembly • Assist with Client preparation • Ensure schedules are met for each project • Work overtime when required Qualifications: • Proven work experience with Biesse CNC machines • Proven experience as cabinet maker • Ability to load 4'x8' sheet goods onto the machines • Strong computer and technical skills • Great mechanical aptitude and good math skills • Keen eye for detail and results driven approach • Strong team player and good communication abilities • Resourceful and self-motivated • Passionate about great work • Active problem solver • Seek to take ownership of projects • Believe anything worth doing is worth doing right every time • Thrive working on a number of projects at any one time • High energy with willingness to go the extra mile • Good organization, detail and follow-up skills Benefits: Client offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefit package to choose from including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Gap Insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, Term Life Insurance, Individual Whole Life with LTC benefit and cash value, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Short-Term or Long-Term Disability Benefits, Identity Theft Insurance, Telemedicine, Biometric Screening, and Access to health coaches, dieticians, nutritionists and therapists.
