The Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. Responsibilities • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer service. • Efficiently process customer orders into the system. • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls. • Ensure accurate data entry for all customer interactions. • Effectively manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain customer records and process information. • Schedule necessary appointments for customers. • Monitor and proactively manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions as required. • Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing both inbound and outbound calls.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is essential • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach • Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail • Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Experience in order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
