Your mission is to provide a premium customer experience by: Managing the flow of the Drive Lane and ensuring prompt, professional service Acting as a customer liaison, both in person and over the phone, to resolve concerns and provide support Building lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service Ensuring service hours are efficiently booked and sold each day Requirements: What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is: Experienced - Prior Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred Personable - Professional, courteous, and an excellent communicator Driven - Self-motivated and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy - CDK experience is a plus (but not required) Reliable - You have a clean driving record and are willing to undergo a background check Relationship-focused - You know how to earn and maintain customer trust Why Choose Us?
